OSX lion help; how to disable login screen after wake

Hi, I want to disable the login screen when my macbook pro wakes from sleep. Could you tell me how to do this?

Thanks!
 
System Preferences (on the dock), selecting Security and Privacy and in the general tab clear the Require password after sleep check box
