I calibrated it 2 times 1 per day and have probably
done a reset on SMC about 4 times.
And my batteries says "Service Battery"

Sounds like there's a hole in the battery. Some of the wattage is slowly leaking out. It's nothing urgent but try to keep it away from living creatures.
 
Get it changed ASAP a battery that young shouldn't have degraded like that. If you continue to use it you risk it swelling

I don't know if it's because of the battery issue but my HD had a problem after a few days of noticing the battery problem (can't startup). Reformatted the HD and the problem went away though.

that is probably not related to the battery.
