Hey guys I just contacted apple online store if there was going to be a promotion of the free iPod Mini with every Mac computer purchase in europe like in the USA & Canada.

My school goes back on August 25th so most schools, in the UK anyway, must be around that time.

Although i dont have to worry about that since im going to Uni yay!!!

What Schools NEVER go back in August in the UK... well only schools on the 6 term system, which 90% aren't. Anyway.. I'm going to Uni too so i dunno what date mine is going back.

This is interesting news depending on how long it lasts. If it ends the same time as the US promo, it would not bode well for any updates. But if it lasts a while longer, well maybe we might see an update in the current Student Union.

That'd be weird since the U.S. offer applies to the iBook, iMac, Power Mac G5, and the PowerBook.

God! If this turns out to be true I am going to be a very bitter man. I just received my PowerBook and I live in Europe (Denmark). A free Ipod Mini would surely be very nice. Dammit!
