Multitask and folder background downscaled

I have turned off all the mobile substrate and the issue still there... It looks like the task switcher back ground image is not fitting the task switcher probably and before I ssh onto my phone and start looking around I thought I'd post here to see if anyone seen this before?

This is an issue with the tweak FacebookThis, remove it, respring, uncheck and recheck everything in winterboard and respring.
