13a603 Scrolling bug

So I am still getting the scrolling bug on 13a603. I downloaded this directly from the Mac App Store after the official release, so there shouldn't be any question about the legitimacy of my version.

Anyone else? I thought they were supposed to have fixed this thing.

You mean that pages are bouncing from left to right and right to left while scrolling?

I mean that scrolling on the trackpad is completely unresponsive sporadically, and can only be fixed by re-logging in or restarting.

It was in the developer notes back before the GM, and a number of people reported the problem in the GM1 (I had the problem myself on the first GM).
