13inch i7 rmbp are 2012? i5's are early 2013?? Can someone explain?

Probably just being dumb here, but according to this link the i7's are only 2012 and previous. Early 2013 models are i5

Aren't they producing early 2013 i7 retina's? Just came across this and was confused
