13inchMBP 2019 severe battery drain, heating and drain in sleep after Catalina updates

Hey Guys,

I have been experiencing a severe battery drain on my 13inch MBP 2019.
After going through a tons of forms, i have literally tried all the troubleshooting steps and they have given me no benefit at all.

My mac also tends to wake up in sleep which drains the battery completely.
The system log shows ECRT Maintenance as the reason for wake up.

My mac also overheats, when dealing and just using safari the temperature runs at 50-55* Celsius.

All this has happened only after the last two Catalina updates.

Kindly please help me
My battery drains by 30% within an hour with barely light use.

Something is definitely wrong here but I can't figure out what.

I have tried the SMC reset and all other methods.
Bluetooth, power nap all of that is off.

How do I find the culprit here

Maybe you have already tried this, but in another thread with similar problems the solution was, that you have to turn off „find my Mac“. From the description in the thread it seems that with newer updates the Mac does frequently send the location even in sleep (as a feature). I have a 2020 MBP and it also lost 30 % over night this week while being in sleep.
