13''mbp 2009mid + Corsair Force 3 = Negotiation Speed issue?

Hi, sorry my english first. i bought a corsair force3 120gb ssd today. i connected it with an external hdd box, used carbon copy cloner and after cloned i put inside the mbp. i started it and its working at 1.5g, i have read almoust all topics but i could not a solution. can you help me guys? thank you.

Did you put it in the place of HD or ODD?

Have a look at this.

I have a mid-2009 13" MacBook Pro, just installed an SSD into optibay, leaving HDD in its spot. Both drives run at 3 Gbps.

i put it to hdd space. i tried to efi update but it said 'This computer does not need this update'. Right now i put my old seagate 7220.4rpm hdd everything normal i'can use 3gig but when i put corsair force3 its return to 1,5gig. i guess no solution for this issue i will give it back tomorrow maybe i'll buy a vertex 2 120gb.
