14.2 - Safari not remembering site logins

Since 14.2, on my 12.9 Pro Safari is not remembering site logins between sessions. Seeing this on all sites requiring logins, not just a few isolated instances. I've tried clearing all Safari data to no avail. Anyone else run into this?

Same here on some websites, seemed to be a cookie problem

For me, it wasn't some, it was every single site requiring a login (news subscriptions, accounts, etc.) - Safari would require me to log back in, not remembering that I just did so recently (same day usually). What has appeared to fix it for me was to toggle Keychain to off and then back to on under Settings->[your name]->iCloud. It was on, but toggling seems to have gotten it back to working as expected again - Safari auto logs me back in on sites I have entered credentials for.
