14.3 Breaks Calling On iPad

I just upgraded to 14.3 on my iPhone 11 Pro and my iPad Pro. Now I can’t make calls from my iPad or transfer calls from my iPhone to my iPad. My wife is still on 14.1 and 14.2 respectively and has no issues. Things worked fine prior to the upgrade this morning. Any ideas?
