Was checking for update and yup there it is. 14.5.

The update didn't take too long for me today. All went smoothly.

I wish i was in Swedan im in Indonesia , we usually get the updates kinda late. But not this time i guess.

My iPhone X seems to be a bit faster since updating to 14.5. I’m glad about it, because 14.4.2 felt boggy.

Thanks. I've been forced to use OTA for the past several major updates, although I prefer using iTunes, due to the blasted Error 4000. The work-around (remove passcode) for iTunes is not friendly to me, or my financial institutions that have to re-approve adding back my credit cards afterward. They sent me confirmation letters every time.

i have never updated my iPhone with iTunes before... even when i had a MacBook Pro... i just prefer OTA.

My iPhone X seems to be a bit faster since updating to 14.5. I’m glad about it, because 14.4.2 felt boggy.

My iPhone 12 mini feels faster too (haven’t updated my X yet). It’s early to say, because I just upgraded today, but so far this update seems to be the best, and most stable of all the iOS 14 upgrades so far. The only ‘negative’ thing I’ve noticed so far is that the charging seems to be a bit slower now (it was super fast on 14.4.2 (Apple 20W wired charging)). But maybe it’s more ‘normal’ now 🤷‍♂️ It’s way too early to talk about battery life, but so far so good 👍

My iPhone 12 mini feels faster too (haven’t updated my X yet). It’s early to say, because I just upgraded today

I’ve been running the RC build since it came out, definitely smoother and faster than previous builds. 12 pro max here.
