14 Day Return Policy?

Decided to return my MB 7+ and hold out for a JB 7+. If I received my phone on 9/16/16 does this mean that Thursday 9/29/16 is the last day in the 14 day window or is 9/30/16?

I just swapped my silver 7+ out this week and wanted to report that each carrier has somewhat different policies also. Apparently AT&T gives you 13 days from day of delivery. I was within this window but still something to be conscientious off it you did Edge/Next or one of the Sprint/Tmobile programs.
