14” MacBook Pro crashing and restarting when screen turns off!

My 14” MacBook Pro - 64GB/ 2TB Max keeps crashing and restarting when the screen turns off.

It is also incredibly slow in FCPX and constantly freezes and crashes FCPX itself.

Has anyone else had this?
