14 Pro Max vs 12 Pro Mac Clear Case

I tried to fit my 12 Pro Max into the 14 Pro Max case and the camera didn't quite fit toward he right edge.
Case for the 14 as slippery as it was for the 12? Had it for the 12 and returned it for that reason
It is made from the same plastic, so I would assume so, if you had this issue. I do not think I've had it slip out of my hands.
And if you notice the circle is a little off as well.
