14" Pro/Max vs 16" Pro/Max

Which one of these beasts is everyone buying?

I wanted the 14 inch but it comes with one terabyte of SSD minimum which I don’t need and it cost about the same amount as a 16 inch MacBook M1 max with 512 GB. I can always insert at an external SSD cheaper.

Ditto. I prefer the 14" form factor but if you're asking me for the same price if I'd rather have an extra 512gb of SSD I won't ever possibly use or another 2" of screen size, bigger battery, better audio, and better charger for same price - I mean that's a no-brainer to me. Much better value in the 16" at $2499.
