I am beyond disappointed in Apple with this launch. What was a seamless ordering process has turned out to be the biggest headache I’ve ever experienced with this company. Bugs? They need a major exterminator to fix these problems.
From what I’ve had so far:
Mail not loading. Having to close and reopen the app.
Cell service totally dropping out. I live in New York and you can’t escape cell phone service from any carrier outside. Today I saw everything drop and SOS appear in the upper right corner.
Weather app. Trying to delete cities and the app crashes and then puts them back in.
True Tone. Switching on and off sometimes does nothing. Then other times turning True Tone off, turns it on and turning True Tone on, turns it off.
Apps randomly crashing. Speaks for itself.
Battery life? Charged my phone and only got up to 98%. Then phone dies really quick. Battery life is horrible.
Phone heating up. Fried eggs anyone?
Screen doesn’t seem fluid. Seems a bit choppy in some areas. 120htz refresh rate or not.
So disappointed this year. If I didn’t send my 13 pro max back I would still be on it.
Apps downloading over cellular really slow. Could have something to do with the above mentioned signal strength bug. Even though I’m in 5g uwb some are really slow to download.
Again these are just what I’m experiencing. What about you?
