Apple TV 2 on Ebay for $100+?

Yes. I sold my two ATV2's on ebay and bought 3 ATV3's (okay I really bought about 2.5 ATV3's by the time I paid ebay and paypal feeds, but still).
Can you really not figure it out or are you purposefully being an obnoxious grammar nazi?
Thinking of selling a couple of my atv2's now that I have 2 more mini's.

I sold my ATV 2 last week on eBay for $170. It sold within 15 minutes with BIN. Probably could have gotten $200 though.

Does the aTV3 still have the "stops every fifteen minutes while streaming from home sharing" issue? If not, I'll toss my aTV2 up for sale!
I have no issues streaming with home sharing to my ATV3 with the latest update.
I managed to sell my ATV2 on Amazon for $179 and picked up a refurb ATV3 for $85 from Apple.
I have two ATV2's that are jailbroken with XBMC and one that is not and has been upgraded to the latest version of iOS. Can I sell that last one for just as much, or does the fact that I've got it on the latest version of iOS mean that it can no longer be jailbroken as well/easily (e.g., not jailbreakable at all or needing a tethered jailbreak)?
I personally don't care anymore about having jailbroken ATVs, so I'd just as soon cash in while there's money to be made. I have a separate Acer Revo 1600 ION nettop that I use for playing my Blu-ray .MKV rips, and I need 1080p in my main movie room. If the ATV3 gets jailbroken (or Apple allows 3rd party apps), I'd be interested in getting Plex installed on that, but I'd still probably stick with the Revo in my main movie room since I want 24hz support and I suspect that a hardware limitation of the CPU/GPU Apple uses will keep that feature from ever appearing in a software update.

If you guys have Apple TV 2's and have no need to jailbreak then don't hesitate to sell them on Ebay.
You will get enough to buy an Apple TV 3 and some.
If you don't like Ebay, throw them on the Marketplace on this forum. You won't get as much but there isn't as much risk.

I just sold my 160GB ATV1 for $120...i was happy with that
That said, if you jailbreak the gen1's are money......I really miss having the storage on the ATV2's

that's how I was, my ATV1 had sat in a box for the past 3 years after a move cross country. Was about to just toss it till I saw ebay prices
I had similar offers when I sold mine back in May. When I sold mine, I originally sold it for $200. The idiot never paid me, so I had to relist. It ended up selling for $175. I still covered the cost of my ATV3, but it was a hassle.

in the Boston area craigslist selling section, there is a guy who posts about twice a day: once saying he will buy anyones working atv2 for $80 no questions asked, and another selling a jailbroken and loaded atv2 for $250.
