Just waiting for Apple to sue them in to oblivion. The patent was formed with malicious intent, I cannot see it holding up in a court of law.

Apple's not gonna bother suing them...their chance of winning in a Chinese court = 0%.

China does not enforce intellectual property laws at all. Neither side would win a lawsuit resulting from this TBH. In fact I doubt Goophone will even bother, it's just a bluff to get free advertising.

and expect a similar outcome for the snow leopard lawsuit...although the Chinese chemical company is only asking for a more modest 80,000 and a public apology.
