iTunes Store layout changed

It seems like Apple is rolling out a new layout to the iTunes Store. The Home page has wide "featured" buttons instead of square and each category (i.e. "New Music") only take up one row instead of two. The Music page doesn't seem to be fully updated yet.

Edit: The Home and Apps pages were working, but seem to be down right now.

Weird. I get this on with the Canadian iTunes store... something is in the air, me thinks, eh? This message appears when I try to open the iTunes store... I can't actually see the store to select anything.
