do any online iphone vendors allow you to ship to a non-billing address?

i was planning on ordering an iphone 5 from verizon after reading some posts here that said apple.com made you ship it to your billing address while verizon didnt require this. i just did a test order now using iphone4s and it turns out they will only ship it to your billing address. i had planned on ordering the phone and having it shipped to work. is there any place i can order it from that wont require to have it shipped to my billing address?

Last year some had success ordering on Apple.com and then calling Apple after placing the order and having them change the shipping address over the phone..

Other years when I ordered on AT&T's site I had it shipped to my work with no probs.

You can ship to any place you like, restricted only by the general policy of the store.
