Factory unlocked iPhone 5

USA? Don't know

Canada, the 14th. This is the first time in tech history that Canada didn't get screwed in any way. Same release day/LTE/Unlocked model available immediately.
 
There is a few other threads asking same thing.

Most likely US wise it will be 4-6 weeks after launch. I have a factory unlocked 4S and that was the release on it ... Was about a month after launch.
