1440p DVI Two Monitor KVM switch?

I've got a Windows PC running two older 1440p monitors. The monitors only have one DVI connection each. Work is providing me a Macbook Pro 15" 2017 model. I would like to use my existing two monitors on the Windows PC and the Macbook Pro, along with my existing keyboard/mouse. Can anyone recommend a reliable KVM switch that would accomplish this? Would like to keep the cost of the switch less than $100 if possible.
