Are HiDPI resolutions (like 1080p effective) no longer possible on 1440p external monitors (in my case a 25" U2515H) in MacOS Sierra? I just got this monitor along with my 2016 tbMBP 13" and i find it too cramped to use at native 1440p. Is my only option going for a 4k monitor? I've read that HiDPI scaling still works with those.
I've tried basically every solution i could find on Google, none of them have worked so far
A shame really, cause the monitor is great, and looks superb when scaled at 125% in Windows 10 with my desktop computer.
