To those still with "Processing Items"

I just got off the phone with an Apple employee. He said that most if not all orders that are still in the processing stage are coming from Tennessee, while those that have already started to say "Preparing for Shipment" are shipping from overseas.

Hope this helps calm some of you.
 
if the plane crashes the people that still have "Processing Items" will get them first. ooooooh the irony

So its in Tennessee? Interesting. That makes me feel a little better.

Which model did you get?
 
Neither my 64GB white nor my 32GB black for Verizon has "prepared" yet, and I'll admit I was getting a little nervous. But hopefully this is true and I can calm down a bit.
 
I ordered at 12:15 from the Apple Store iPhone app. I'm still in the processing phase as well, but I'm not too worried yet. It hasn't even been 48 hours and I live in NM, so it's a lot more west of where all the east coast people were saying theirs is preparing for shipment.

White 16gb att. Also this only applies to people who ordered from apple initially.. He didn't tell me about the rest.. The reason it has not left the processing stage is because there is no need for them to get them ready to ship yet because they are so close..


Think about how fast shipping is now days.

Sounds good.

My 4S shipped from china to alaska then to the main hub on the east coast.

then samsung would probably release another ad about it. "it doesnt take a genius..to fly an airplane from point A to point B"

No harm done in doing so. Go for it. Just be prepared to wait awhile.. I put my phone on speak and waited till someone answered, then took it off the speaker and the charger.

ohh haha. well I'm not talking to some crack energized apple service person again. They always are too happy and I'm sad so its conflicting personalities. please call.
