Pics of Target Bestcase bumper (Apple clone) for iPhone 5

Target finally got in some Bestcase bumpers for iPhone 5.

I actually own a white authentic iPhone 4S bumper for reference.

And my opinion is it's a near 100% clone of the Apple version. Materials. Fit. Looks. Button feel. Everything.

The edges are raised so you can lay it face down or face up on an even surface with no worries about scuffs or scratches. The buttons are metal with a respectable tactile feel. It also makes the iPhone 5 feel a bit more substantial for those that think it is too thin or too light.

Price is $17.99 at your local Target. Only colors are black and white.

it does look nice. i saw the spot for these last weekend at Target. maybe they have them in stock now near me.
is it really any different from these $5 ebay bumpers though?
it looks like the exact same design. (well, this one has clear sides, but you can get all black or white or a ton of other colors as well.)

This looks really nice. I bought the $10 Photive Hybrid iPhone 5 Bumper case from Amazon and have been using it since the iPhone was released, but this looks like a much nicer bumper.

What I don't like about the Photive bumper is that it has rubber buttons that aren't as elegant as the metal ones in this case. It is also pretty difficult to remove from the iPhone, and I'm always afraid i'm going to break my iPhone when I take the case off. I also noticed that the slit for the dock connector could be cut better, because the connector can often not be plugged-in correctly and it causes my phone to stop charging.
 
I REALLY want that, hopefully my local Tarjay has some in stock!

No, I don't seriously call Target, Tarjay lmao.
 
Went to one of my local target and they only have the 4S bumper and it does look exactly like the Apple's bumper.

I'm gonna check out the other target (bigger) today but if they don't have it, I'll just wait for a couple weeks I'm sure they'll have it by then.

This is exactly the case that I've been waiting for!!
 
I bought this bumper. The on/off button (at least on mine) has very little tactile feedback (not clicky). Therefore Im going to keep searching for a bumper that has the same button feedback as Apple's 4S bumpers....too bad because otherwise it's a good bumper.

Bought the black iPhone 5 bumper from Target yesterday.....didn't even make it out of the store before I went to return it.

The top button was clicky only randomly. The volume down button wouldn't click at all.

It was the only one they had....so no idea if it was defective.

I just picked up this bumper and I think it's great. I think it actually has a higher profe than the apple bumper. I mean the rubber around the edges appears to lift the bumper higher so the front and back won't touch the surface when u set it down

It's as good as the apple bumpers, and I am
Pretty pickey when it comes to these things.

I am not having any trouble with the on off
Switch or and volume buttons. I recommend it !

covering up the edge with a bumper makes it look like the older ones imo. Dont think it was apples point to make them look exactly like the old ones. they are distinguishable.

The old ones are more premium devices anyway.

Gorilla Glass&Stainless Steel > cheap aluminum. So why not?
