Online store just updated with the pick up in store option as 10-25

I'm not rushing, want to see how many threads on this new rMBP will pop up with issues

Me either, more of wanting to see it in the flesh. I was planning on buying an Air until the rumors about the 13 inch retina got real

Seems a bit pricey at first glance.....

pricey indeed! if you want 512 Gb SSD you have to put down another $800!!!!
I got 2 Samsung 830 512 Gb in my cMBP for $860..

I like Apple and a good number of their products but I'm not the type of guy you'll find sleeping outside the Apple Store.... their goal is to sell as many units as they can so why rush to be the first when in few months everybody will have one and having been the first won't matter at all? Never understood the fanboy mentality
I'll just wait and see, research and decide after pondering the question from different angles if the purchase is worth or not. right now I'm leaning toward a MBA

The cMBP 512 SSD upgarde is $1000!!!!

I don't mind paying a premium for a good product, but getting ripped off is uncalled for!
