Not yet 100% confirmed. Some people said they are experiencing some IR, but it seemed minimal. Again, so far, there were extremely few people complaining.

some have started to show indeed.

we have to wait some weeks as in many/most cases IR doesnt show up at first but gradually starts and for many (like in my case) it starts to increase.

it IS confirmed on at least one case, there is a video of it somewhere on youtube. but again we have to wait before we judge and are certain that many have it.

it is 100% certain that few have seen the ghosts, but how wide it is remains to be seen.

i believe we have enough users by december.
