New Java?

Software Update just gave me "Java 1.3.1 and 1.4.2 Release 2", and I can't find it when doing a search on the forums. Is it new?

I believe so. I just noticed it a few minutes ago, but I'm on my laptop. So either it came up within the last 2 hours or it's an update I already had on my other machine.

Either way, I've installed it and all my java stuff seems fine.

I've just installed it too, with a Java-based app still running 😱 (although it's a 1.5/5.0 app so probably doesn't count), no problems yet 🙂
