I have been using a Speck Candyshell Grip since day 1, but every now and then I take off the case at my desk and set on a microfiber cloth and admire it's design and think about going naked myself. But I haven't gotten the nerve to try.

How are your DAY 1 naked iPhones holding up?

I would love to see pictures of naked iPhone 5's just to see how they manage the real life without a case. :)

scratches on screen - dropped 3ft on to concrete (small ding on bottom corner). Loving it! Blemishes are awesome. I dont need to freak out about it now. :)

I tried to avoid putting my naket iPhone 5 against stuffs like keys, thus got no scratches. Then after 30 days I purchased a case.

Scuff all over my black one but I dont give a **** its just a phone. I wont go and cry and post a thread about it. Remind me when a phone that doesn't scratch exist, then I can bitch about my 5 being scuffed.

My phone looks brand new and it is in black. I just applied a full body skin over it and has not gotten any major nicks yet.

An expensive phone. But I believe you've got the right frame of mind about it.

no pics, but mine has been without a case since launch. Dropped once on wooden floor about 2ft, no damage, but I did notice a few nicks around the bezel. So far so good :)

You couldn't have waited one more day to have a nice even number could you?

Mines in a similar condition as the previous pictures I posted in the other "how's your naked iP5 holding up" thread. Still going completely naked since launch day.

Side note: It really irks me when people chime in and show pictures of their phone in a case or those clear protectors. That is not naked. The thread did not ask "How is your protected iPhone holding up".

yea that's also my interpretation of 'naked' iPhone 5

kinda like the guys who post their ATT LTE speeds in the Sprint LTE Thread

I have some nice scratches on my iPhone's screen from my girlfriend's dog (really can't seem though) otherwise besides the little scratches it came with my phone is fine.

I haven't dropped it.

White 64gb here

While waiting for my screen protectors to come in during the first two days of owning it, somehow the screen got a couple tiny surface scratches, nothing you can see with the screen on. Very annoying through. It seems each newer gen gets easier to scratch for some reason. Anyway, I ended up getting my screen protectors in, and bodyguardz for the back only. Slight where on the aluminum band, nothing really noticeable. Once you take pics thought of it then its really noticeable

I have a white iPhone 5 that is totally unprotected, and it still looks great to me. The only scratch I could find is a little tiny one inside the apple logo. Other than that it looks flawless. I hate cases.

naked means without cases right? I hope nobody has experienced the crushing feeling of a crushed iphone 5

Mine is white and I have scratches on the polished apple on the back. Other than that, I don't see any real scratches noticeable to the naked eye. I even dropped it on the tile floor once.

Only had mine (white, 32gb) about a week, but it's holding up fine. More smudges than anything else.

I did get white rather than black as a precautionary measure, though.
