iPhone14PM and "find my apple watch" not working?

So I tried to find my Apple Watch. And that’s what the screen looks like. Instead of finding the precise location, I only get directions on Apple Maps. I have the precise location turned on. It’s an Apple Watch 7. Does it not have the feature to point where I need to walk once I’m within 10ft or so from it?

Same thing is happening on the new Apple Watch Ultra. All I get is directions. if I tell my iphone 14PM, to find my airpods pro, instead of "Directions" I do get a "Find" and a direction arrow to follow
