15.4 breaks the download button on Dropbox web interface?

On my two systems the button now does nothing. Is it working for anyone else using Safari?
 
I am having the exact same issue. And on other SPA web apps. Been trying to dig down to see why, many combinations from privacy to network. Still no workaround as of yet.
