I was just wondering. My MBP is a 15,4 glossy, 2.53, 4GB of ram, 250GB, is it supposed to work using a 60W or a 85 W mag safe as standard ?

The Mid-2009 2.53GHz 15" MacBook Pro is supposed to come with a 60W power adapter, not an 85W adapter as the poster you quoted incorrectly stated. You're fine.
