Hello everyone,

My iPhone 14 Pro Max screen is not responding to anything, I've restarted the phone by pressing the vol rockers and power button and also tried the same thing after charging it for one hour (as per apple rep's tip), I've also updated the phone's software through finder. my only option maybe is to reset the phone which will erase all data, but im not full on board with that because, the day the phone went unresponsive, I took my dad to a cricket World Cup match in India, we had some great memories which I don't wanna loose, some how only 3 pictures of us even before entering the stadium are synced to iCloud ie my other devices. but most important pictures of the match are not syncing to iCloud, as per apple rep advice, ive plugged it to charger for 24 to 48 hours so that the photos and videos gets uploaded to the iCloud. but I doubt it will. so, guys, any suggestions on how to not lose my pictures and also make the device responsive to touch? my iPhone is just 15 days old. I'm really disappointed with apple because of this.

Sorry for your experience but maybe lesson learned - never trust any device, especially with photos. Backup always. Good luck!
