I upgraded from 10.10.5 to 10.11 on my mid 2014 rmbp with dgpu from the mac app store and now i am experiencing freezing. When i am browsing the web the pointer becomes unresponsive an i'm unable to click on anything for about 30 secs then it will unfreeze and i can resume. When its unresponsive i am still able to move the pointer around but not click. Why is this happening? Are anyone of you guys experiencing this?

Your best bet is to boot into the internet recovery menu (command R on startup) and reinstall the OS.

10.11 has been pretty good so far. I'd do as Samuelsan2001 suggested and do a clean install to see if that helps. If it doesn't, maybe you've got a latent hardware issue.

How did you upgrade? Mac app store or a USB installer?
