15 inch rMBP Build Week Help Needed!

I'm in need some information on build weeks. This unit that i'm about to get was built in week 44 November. Does this build week correlate with LG or Samsung? Do have this specific one? You can check here:http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html
I have owned 3 defective Lg models and don't want to have problems again. Thanks for the help.

Build time has no correlation on display panel selection.

Personally, I'd not get terribly worked up over who made the display panel and just enjoy the computer.
