15" MacBook Air vs 16" Intel MacBook Pro

I'm really interested to see how the new 15" MacBook Air compares to the 16" MacBook Pro (2019). Specifically, how do the screens compare? How do the speakers compare? (I know the M2 blows the Intel chip away)

He's talking about the 2019 16" Intel Model. No promotion on that one. Only the 2021 (and newer) M series pro models have the promotion.

I just came from a 2019 16 inch MBP. The speakers are slightly lower in quality compared to the MBP but it's not horrible. It's definitely nowhere near as bad as the 13 inch MBA. I can tolerate them but I'm more happy to be able to listen to spatial audio using my AirPods. For display, losing about an inch isn't so bad. I did adjust my resolution to the more space setting.

Came from the 16" M1 Pro and prefer the Air 15" due to its form factor. Sure, the screen and the speakers are a bit better on the MBP, but after a couple of hours working on the Air, I've already forgotten about them.
