I'm looking to replace the HDD on my Late 2008 15" Unibody MacBook Pro. It currently has the stock 250 GB 5400 RPM drive and I'm looking to get at least a 500 GB 2.5" SATA replacement. I need your help figuring out which brand to get at a reasonable price (going into my first year of college) and whether or not 5400 RPM or 7200 RPM makes much of a difference. I've owned an early 2008 15" MacBook Pro with the 7200 RPM 200GB drive and I don't recall noticing much difference. I looked all of the forums and found nothing (though my search probably wasn't thorough enough, yikes). I really appreciate the help here.

I'm currently looking at a WD Scorpio Blue 500 GB 5400 RPM for $95 on Amazon from WD. What do you think?
