15 MBP occasional screen flicker

Hi,

I have the current 2019 15” MBP 2.3 i9 32GB and Radeon 560X. I have noticed when using it for browsing, emails etc that the screen sometimes flickers once. It seems to happen very quickly, sometimes an hour or half an hour apart or sometimes not at all. I wondered whether this is commonplace or is a hardware issue. It only seems to be when I am not plugged into mains and am not connected to my external monitor so will be using the integrated graphics I presume and not the Radeon 560X?

Anyone else had this issue? I haven’t reset anything like NVRAM or SMC.
