15" PowerBook Update Rumors?

I want to buy a 15 powerbook this summer and just wanted to double check these updates.

There is rumor updates will be announced in a week or so?

I wanted to buy it this summer then when the mactels come out I want to trade it in for a mactel.

Is it cool to buy now or wait till the pb update which is whenever this summer?
