iPhone 15 Pro Max 15 pro max low speaker sound during call

Hello,
I have the iPhone 15 Pro Max, and when I call someone, the sound is very low, either through the earpiece or the speaker. However, once the call is answered, the sound is excellent. Does anyone else have the same issue?
Or does anyone have any solution?

On iphone 16 and 16 pro max there is no issue with the same carrier
