15" Retina MacBook Pro overheating causes keyboard to malfunction?

I've googled but haven't found any other case.

Occasionally while gaming, the GPU would go up to over 65c and cause the keyboard to malfunction. Pressing a key results in random or no outputs.

The apple store has replaced my keyboard once but the same problem persists.
