Hello. I want to clear one question / doubt I have...

Can 15" rMBP (Late 2013) with Nvidia GT 750M run 4K @60hz (SST display). Talking about Dell UP3216Q which I have on order.

I know that here https://support.apple.com/en-la/HT202856 Apple says its possible only with MST displays but still can someone maybe try that out and / or confirm it does or does not work ... Since Early 2014 rMBP supports 4K @60Hz (SST)... and the specs are very similar.

System: OS X 10.11.1
Maybe with SwitchResX ?
