My friend just picked up a 15" Unibody MBP, the midrange one a few days ago, and it is perfect aside from one thing. When the volume is above half/three quarters, the right side speaker has a cheap "loose" or blown, vibrating sound to it. We are well aware that laptop speakers aren't the greatest things on earth, but I don't think this should happen in a brand new $2500 MBP. I have a Santa Rosa MBP that has been beaten to crap over the years through heavy use, and the speakers in this don't have that cheap sound.

It sounds like something is just a little off inside. Has anyone experienced this, and does apple fix it?

Thanks.
