15" vs 15" !

Hi everyone
I'm new here
(and i'm not really good in english!)

I want to buy a 15" macbook pro, I will ask a relative to bring it from canada
I'm gonna use it for photoshop and daily tasks
no gaming
and I'll will keep it for some years!
and since I don't have an access to apple stores in my country
I won't be able to return it or something
so it's pretty important to me to make a good decision
I would love to save some money! I mean cheaper/better. but if I have to spend more I will.
and I can't customize it, it's easier for me to tell the person to bring one of
those 15" inches on the apple web site

so please tell me guys
Should I buy

15" 2.0 GHz /500 GB/4 GB memory or 15" 2.2 GHz/750 GB/4GB memory ?

and is the battery life in 2.2 less than the first one?

In my opinion the Base 15" will be perfectly fine for you. You could spend the extra money and upgrade the ram to 8gb if you wanted to

Base model is fine. You can upgrade the HD and RAM from aftermarket if you wish.

I am in same situation as you.(no apple store).Afther a wile of thinking I just ordered 15 base model and the option for Hi res.Dont need for gameing, most for daily tasks so the rest of the money I intend to invest in SSD, more ram etc. in future.
