1500 Gift card what to buy?

So guys got a 1500 dollar gift card from parents/grandparents as a birthday present. Please don't hate lol. i'm 21 and have a job.

Currently i own a desktop windows with i980x 24gb ram and dell 30 inch screen, custom built.

have a macbook pro 2010 i7 2.66 with 8gb ram and 256gb ssd.

really don't know what to get. 27 iMac. 2011 MBP 15", Macbook air, or iPad 2?

really wish i had gotten cash have to make car payments but i won't complain
 
It seems like you have pretty much everything you need as far as computers goes, but I'd get an iPad or a MBA and sell the MBP.
 
Of those, I'd probably say an air, possibly the top end 11". That is kinda tough though since you have the bases more or less covered.
 
get a couple ipad 2's, keep one, sell the other and make a car payment then save the rest for a new iphone

it doesn't sound like you're unhappy with what you have currently so buying another computer would be pointless

Will it ever expire, if so, when?
Maybe if you can save this long enough, you could probably buy something nice next year.

i would ge an ipad 2 scratch the air.... not upgradable..........and get an iphone
 
I would get an iPad 2, you really don't know how good they are until you have one. If has a long expiry date I would save the rest of it until you want to upgrade your MacBook Pro. Or do you have to spend it all in one go?

You could also get the new thunderbolt display for your MacBook pro, so you can use your MacBook as a desktop too.
 
If it doesnt expire for a few years I would hold on to it for future releases. Dont have to spend it al at one time, wait for the next iphone.

If you dont have an iPad you need one, I had no idea how much I would like mine when I got it. Its amazing.
 
is it an apple gift card or a visa gift card. if its a visa just go to any bank teller and take the cash out and do what you want with it. if its just an apple i say wait a year and see whats comes out.
