Poll for 27 inch IMac Delivery Status

There is a great deal of consternation on the 27 inch Delivery thread about the time of ordering and the order that the imacs are shipping. Many who ordered as the online store opened are seeing some who ordered much later get their shipping status while they languish in the still "processing" status. This thread is meant to try and get some numbers of the different ordering times and to try and compare the different times with the various outcomes.

We will see.

Yes, this is a good point. The best we can do is get a snapshot in time. Maybe the best thing to do would be to leave it up for a day or two and then start another and see how things may have changed. That may be overkill....

It is interesting to see that at this point there are as many shipped as processing in the first two hours of orders. Also a similar ratio in the first 6 hours. After that very few shipped. I am regaining my faith in apple...

yh gd point. But its good to see the majority seem to still be processing like mine. i ordered at 9am uk time through edu discount and its stil processing

Worth noting that those who ordered in the first two hours are the largest group still processing. Possibly due to those still processing being more active on the thread and checking more often? It does seem to indicate that nearly all of those who have "shipped" ordered on the first day. Could it be that Apple is lumping all first day orders as a priority and not seeing the early orders as different from later in the day?
