1st and 2nd picture look fake - two completely different shots - different items on the desktop in the top right corner section.

I would say fishy!

There are good deals to be had - the cMBP in my sig retails for 2998+tax - paid 1440.
 
I just called him. He sounds 100% legit. Would be a slick price at $1500.
