Hi,

I'm looking for a 16:10 aspect ratio display that I will use to plug my windows laptop in, and also my MBP when I'm not doing work.

The Dell u2415 by all accounts fits the bill, but the the price tag, it's only 1920x1200, no speakers, mic or webcam, although I appreciate I will likely need to use a standalone webcam.

Can anyone recommend a 16:10 screen, ideally 24" for around £200?

Thanks!

If you can still find a 2415 I'd pick it up I haven't been able to find one new in a couple years.

Dell does monitors well and a generally worth the extra cost

Just came across the HP EliteDisplay E243i 24" which is priced the same and looks slightly better

I own 3x U2415, and love them. Certainly a lot more high end than your average 24" IPS. The blacks are super black, and the color is very rich. I even use one of the 3 on my gaming PC. Highly recommended.

Then you must not have checked for two years, because they've always been available.
