I have a late 2006 (I'm pretty sure) Macbook Pro and the about this mac says: Model Identifier MacBookPro 2,2, 2.16 GHz intel Core 2 Duo and it has 4GB of Memory. If I look at the Activity Monitor it shows under "Kind" "Intel(64 bit)". Also in the Activity monitor in the "System Memory" tab at the bottom it shows 3GB of Memory being used when the System profile shows 4 GB. I thought that a 64 bit computer would be able to see and use 4 GB of Memory.
Thanks,
Bruce

That is a 64-bit computer, but the memory controller is only 32-bit. Take out about 700MB for MMO stuff and you get the 3.3GB of usable memory.
