Has anyone tried to overclock the refresh rate of their monitor with "SwitchResX" I've been able to get 110Hz stable on the unit fixing the ghosting issue.

Could you say more about how the issue is fixed? As I understand it, ghosting is a matter of response speed, not directly one of refresh rate. Screens with high refresh rates also have high response speeds to take full advantage of the higher rate, but they're different things.

Refresh rate can assist in ghosting I've found by overclocking the monitor beyond its engineered limits. In the PC world this is commonly done to some 60 75hz monitors to make them 120 and it helps drastically in terms of smoothness.

Ive found that using a custom refresh rate for this monitor in windows with this 16" has helped create and reduce the ghosting when scrolling web pages.

Wow, this is exactly what I am looking for, as Sanpete mentioned above, can you do a on/off comparison for the UFO test?

Thanks a lot!
